Makes me think of a meditative practise I do. Recycling. Pull the tension or negative trait from your body… knead it into whatever dark substance it becomes… rub it vigorously between your palms until it becomes a bright ball of sunlike energy… hold above your head and lower it to enter through your skull till it fills your whole body! Understand?! :))
